Introducing Parikshan: An E2E Testing Framework for Compose Multiplatform with Android Support

Parikshan is a newly developed End-to-End (E2E) testing framework for Compose Multiplatform (CMP) applications, offering built-in support for standalone Android. This framework aims to simplify the process of testing shared UI across multiple targets, including Android, iOS Simulator, Desktop JVM, and Web WasmJs. Tests can be written in Kotlin within the `commonTest` source set and executed concurrently across all targets. Key features include cross-platform compatibility, visual feedback with screenshots and video recording, and zero production code pollution.
