• Tier selection and demographic preferences

1.3 Testing Activity Data (Testers)

• Screenshots uploaded during daily check-ins
• Physical device photos (Day 1 verification)
• EXIF metadata extracted from uploaded images (date/time only)
• UX survey responses and ratings
• Prompt responses

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment card details on our servers. We retain only transaction reference IDs, amounts, and status for record-keeping.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

• IP address and browser/device information (via standard web server logs)
• Cookies necessary for authentication session management

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• To create and manage your account
• To match testers with apps based on demographic preferences
• To verify tester activity through screenshot uploads and EXIF metadata analysis
• To process payments and issue refunds via Stripe
• To generate AI-powered feedback reports using anonymized survey data

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of third parties, solely as necessary to provide the Services:

• Supabase, Inc. — Database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing
• OpenAI, Inc. — AI report generation (receives only anonymized, aggregated survey data; no personal identifiers)
• Google LLC — OAuth authentication
• Vercel, Inc. — Application hosting
• Email service provider — Transactional email delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of androidtester.io, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request
• Testing data (screenshots, surveys, reports): Retained for 12 months after the testing cycle completes
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Contact submissions: Retained for 2 years

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
